Apart from being a ferocious rapper, Action Bronson is also a chef who knows a thing or two about food and while he was here in Australia earlier this year he got stuck into our local delights.
He’s got his own food-centred show F*CK, THAT’S DELICIOUS and for his latest episode he headed to Attica in Melbourne which is the best restaurant in Australia and the 33rd best in the world.
After smoking a bong, of course, Bronson headed into the kitchen of Atticus where he was given a masterclass in the restaurant’s cuisine.
You’ve gotta know, Bronson loves food. He really, really loves food. And he ditches his usual rap personal when it comes to cuisine describing it with words like “gorgeous”, “gentle” and “refreshing”.
After finishing one of the dishes he hugs head chef Ben Shewry and calls it, “one of the greatest experiences I’ve ever had.”
“You have to see it to believe it,” he further said of the dessert.
It really is quite something to watch the respect Bronson has for food and just quietly, we could watch him eating all day. Is that weird?
