After ousting Dave Grohl in a drum-off for the ages, 10-year-old multi-instrumental dynamo Nandi Bushell is back on her covers game.
She’s had a crack at Muse’s classic ‘Hysteria’, nailing the intricate bass line along with the drum parts (complete with baller stick-flips).
“Ever since I jammed ‘Hysteria’ by Muse on drums I wanted to learn the bass line too as it’s so so #awesome!”, the pre-teen punk rock queen wrote on Twitter. “It is the HARDEST bass line I have ever learned. I had to concentrate A LOT!”
And her cover even comes bearing a seal of approval from Muse themselves.
“Absolutely killed it again, Nandi Bushell”, they wrote on Twitter. “So much talent”.
Check out both Bushell’s cover and Muse’s response, below.
