Queens Of The Stone Age frontman Josh Homme has shown off his softer and more adorable side, by reading a children’s bedtime story for a kids’ show on the BBC.
Making his long-awaited debut on the preschool channel CBeebies at the weekend, Homme and his dragon friend Snoop-Bob Meatball read a story called ‘Zog’, “about a heroic and good dragon that is learning to be the best that he can be.”
Supported by illustrations and carried by Homme’s caramel pipes, the story of ‘Zog’ is a hypnotic tale that will no doubt comfort kids and big kids alike. Watch Homme’s telling of the tale, below.
Homme has recorded another two Bedtime Stories for CBeebies, which are yet to be broadcast.
