Watch Red Hot Chili Peppers’ Standout Lollapalooza 2016 Set, In Full

Lollapalooza is happening right now, and for anyone who missed Splendour In The Grass – or those who wish you were still there – the live feed is the perfect pick me up for your Mondaytis.

Last night Red Hot Chili Peppers closed out the Samsung stage with a typical, high-energy set comprised of 18 tracks. An extended jam into opener Can’t Stop was proof that the Chilis are still rocking just as hard as they ever have.

The rest of the set featured just about everything you’ve come to expect from the band in their near-three and a half decades in music; old classics including Scar Tissue and Californication, on stage (read: shirtless) antics from Flea and Anthony, plenty of on-stage jams, prodigious guitar solos from Josh – as well as some hugely well-received new material from their latest LP The Getaway (which, just quietly, is even better live than recorded).

They even gave us a cover of I Would For You by fellow Lolla act Jane’s Addiction (1:11:32) and wrapped up with one of their best ever extended versions of Give It Away.

Watch the full set below, and check out all the action from the live stream of Lollapalooza right here, right now.
