Well, it just keeps on getting better doesn’t it! Earlier this morning Pedestrian.tv announced that they were presenting the Canadian dream-synth group Purity Ring on their Golden Plains sideshows, and now I’m glad to report that Wild Nothing have also announced a string of East Coast shows: #PerthandAdeliadeonceagaingetscrewedover.
Yet another Pitchfork favourite, Wild Nothings have gone from strength to strength over the past year since the release of their second album Nocturne. This release saw the band adopt a hybrid of 80’s pop and indie electro to create a quite unique yet desirable sound.
Residing in Virginia in the States, Wild Nothing will play a show in both Sydney and Brisbane, with Melbourne winning big and getting two intimate shows when Jack Tatum brings his five-piece to our shores next March.
