The 2017 MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs) have just wrapped up in California, with Kendrick Lamar dominating proceedings.
Hosted by Katy Perry, the ceremony saw Kendrick win six awards from his eight nominations, including Video Of The Year, Best Hip Hop Video and Best Cinematography for ‘HUMBLE.’.
Ed Sheeran took home Artist Of The Year, beating out the likes of Kendrick, Bruno Mars, Lorde and Ariana Grande. Meanwhile, Best New Artist when to 19-year-old Khalid.
This year’s VMAs also saw Lorde confuse the internet after not singing during her performance of ‘Homemade Dynamite’, while 30 Seconds To Mars frontman Jared Leto read an emotional tribute to late music legends Chester Bennington and Chris Cornell.
