Ooh, Flume, you so hot right now. The current king of Australian EDM has just dropped the video for his latest single On Top, featuring New York rapper T.Shirt, which is made up of plenty of footage from his recent national Infinity Prism tour.
Apart from seeing the man himself do his thing live, we’re also treated to some holographic rapping from T.Shirt, more screaming fans than you can poke an infinity prism at and one seriously bad-arse light show. The track is taken from the Sydney producer’s self-titled debut album, which has now spawned 3 killer singles and shows no signs of slowing down, currently sitting at number 4 after 24 weeks on the ARIA charts.
Flume’s takeover has already gone global, with the boy wonder now also announced to appear at the North American debut of St Jerome’s Laneway Festival in Detroit come September, alongside acts like Sigur Ros, The National and Deerhunter. He’s also on the bill for Danish festival Roskilde next to names like Queens Of The Stone Age and Kraftwerk.
