Good Charlotte Australian Tour Dates 2012 – Fat As Butter Sideshows

Written by Mike Hohnen on July 11, 2012

Christmas has come early for Good Charlotte fans who now have some confirmed sideshow dates to sink their teeth into. The pop punk icons will be playing a select few headliner shows while in town for this year’s Fat As Butter festival.

Lead into battle by the very well-recognised Benjy and Joel Madden, Good Charlotte have a solid 10 years together as a band. Anthems such as Lifestyles of the Rich & Famous and, well, The Anthem have scored the band not only a worthy legion of fans but also truck loads of awards for the releases.

With their most recently released Cardiology, the band came up with a new type of anthem: party anthems. Tracks such as Last Night, Sex on the Radio and Like It’s Her Birthday have been plugged relentlessly and been met with great love. The Bro’s will be working on their 2013 release The Madden Brothers just before they head Down Under.

Sydney, Melbourne and Newcastle fans will have the privilege of witnessing the pop punk heavyweight that is Good Charlotte.

Tickets will go on sale Monday, 16th July at 9am
