Listen To Sia’s New Ballad ‘Big Girls Cry’

APRA award-winning singer and songwriter Sia has shared yet another track from her highly anticipated solo album, 1000 Forms Of Fear. Big Girls Cry is the third track taken from the forthcoming record, which is due to hit stores in Australia on 4th July.

The Sia formula is right at work on this poignant ballad, as the singer delivers her siganture impassioned lyrics accompanied by minimal production before building up to an anthemic chorus. It’s the third track taken from 1000 Forms of Fear, following Eye of the Needle and smash hit Chandelier.

Sia leads the list of winners in this year’s APRA Music Awards, making history as the first artist to win the coveted Songwriter Of The Year award two years running. Continuing her pledge to remain decidedly out of the spotlight while promoting her upcoming record, Sia made her acceptance speech speaking through a male actor.

1000 Forms Of Fear will be the follow up to Sia’s critically acclaimed 2010 release, We Are Born, which won multiple ARIA Awards, including Best Pop Album and Best Video for Clap Your Hands.

Big Girls Cry is available for purchase in Australia and New Zealand today and will be released everywhere else by July 1st. 1000 Forms Of Fear will be released in Australia on 4th July.
