Iconic ‘The Logical Song’ remixers Scooter have announced their first Australian tour in over a decade, in celebration of their 25th anniversary.
Best known for their 2001 techno version of Sumpertramp’s 1979 hit ‘The Logical Song’, the German outfit are bringing their ‘100% Scooter: 25 Years Wild & Wicked Tour’ to Australia between September and October, for shows in Melbourne, Adelaide, Sydney and Brisbane.
Organisers say the band are bringing “their most extravagant show ever”, as well as hit songs like ‘How Much Is The Fish?’ and ‘Nessaja’, alongside newer cuts like ‘BORA! BORA! BORA!’.
Scooter’s version of ‘The Logical Song’ spent two weeks at number one on the ARIA Charts back in 2002, and remains an undisputed party anthem down under. The band released their 19th (!) studio album Scooter Forever in 2017.
