Sigur Rós have announced two very special shows on top of their appearance at this year’s Splendour In The Grass festival.
The Icelandic band will play shows in Melbourne and Sydney titled ‘An Evening With Sigur Rós’, and you better be prepared, because this isn’t just just any ol’ show.
The band will play a career-spanning set with an interval in the middle. It’s the first time they’ve ever toured the country without a support act, meaning the attention is going to be just on them.
They are also promising their best and biggest production yet, apparently designed to send you into something resembling transcendental state.
Fans who buy VIP tickets will also receive three limited edition tour screen prints in a portfolio, signed by each member of the band.
