The Black Keys Are Back With First Single In Five Years, ‘Lo/Hi’

Ohio rockers, The Black Keys have returned with their first single in five years.

The new single ‘Lo/Hi’ was produced by Dan Auerbach (guitar and vocals) and Patrick Carney (drums), and recorded at Easy Eye Sound studio in Nashville.

It’s the first song to be released by the band since 2014 album Turn Blue.

Since that album, Carney has produced new music with artists like: Calvin Johnson, Michelle Branch, and Damns of the West and has created theme music for Netflix fave BoJack Horseman. Dan Auerbach formed the Easy Eye Sound record label and released his second solo album, Waiting on a Song.

‘Lo/Hi’ builds continuously, with a slow start, eventually becoming a full rock, jazz fusion full of fun percussion.
