Bring Me The Horizon’s ‘MANTRA’ Will Play A Special Role In This Year’s NRL Finals Series

Bring Me The Horizon have been tapped for an unconventional gig for them, but one that will have a spot in many Australian hearts – their track ‘MANTRA’ will serve as the theme song for Fox League and their coverage of the NRL finals series.

A clip of the UK legends has been released of them performing the hit song, complete with the iconic Provan-Summons trophy in the foreground.

“Fox really wanted to embrace the high energy of a Bring Me The Horizon live show, Fox Sports Creative Director Charlie Lambert tells Music Feeds of the performance clip. “Safe to say I was pumped to hear the band were on board.”

“We found the perfect rooftop space next to the Hordern Pavilion and Sydney Cricket Ground, Bring Me The Horizon were in town and the stars aligned. The shoot was all over within 45 minutes. Most of the shots you see in the clip were from the first take.

“Oli Sykes was involved in the layout of the shoot and the animations within the LED screens,” he adds.

The band weren’t here all that long ago, undertaking a massive tour around the country in April in support of their 2018 album amo.
