Sydney indie pop troupe E For Echo have unveiled an absolutely gorgeous new music video for their lush jam ‘Stay’.
Premiering exclusively via Music Feeds below, the song itself is a dreamy wash of sugary vocal harmonies buoyed by life-affirming indie rock grooves, reminiscent of Ásgeir or Warpaint.
And it’s been brought to glorious life in a music video that is nothing short of stunning. Two dancers give an absolutely smouldering performance that will bring colour to your cheeks as it squeezes you around the feels.
Directed by Jefferton James (Emma Louise, Hey Geronimo) the clip follows “the complex emotions bound up in a relationship, played out through an intimate dance of power-struggle and passion”.
Using light and movement to captivating effect, the video features performances from accomplished dancers Davie Denis (The Lion King, Ghost The Musical) and Amber Jenkins.
Watch below, and stay tuned for more music from E For Echo coming in 2019!
