Alex G – ‘Immunity’
Next week will see Alex G tour Australia for the second time in his career. A headlining tour was planned for 2020 but ultimately cancelled in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. Since he was last in Australia, G has released two studio albums: 2019’s House of Sugar and 2022’s God Save the Animals. He also provided the soundtrack to the 2022 film We’re All Going to the World’s Fair.
In addition to a run of headline shows next week, G will be performing at the 2023 Meredith Music Festival, alongside the likes of Kraftwerk, Caroline Polachek and Alvvays. His full Australian tour itinerary can be viewed below.
