Bluesfest 2015 Sideshows: Justin Townes Earle, Hunter Hayes

American singer-songwriters Hunter Hayes (pictured) and Justin Townes Earle have both announced sets of headline shows around their appearances at Bluesfest 2015.

Country singer Hunter Hayes’ Bluesfest expedition will be his first-ever tour of Australia. The 23-year-old released his second studio album Storyline in May 2014, around the same time he claimed the Guinness World Record for the most live concerts in 24 hours in multiple cities, which he still holds today.

The last 12 months have been huge for Justin Townes Earle as well — he got married, and recorded and released two albums of material in the midst of tours around Europe, North America and Australia. He was last in the country in October 2014, and will return for solo dates in April, marking his eighth tour down under in as many years.

Hunter Hayes

Hunter Hayes has lined up two all ages Bluesfest sideshows for fans in Melbourne and Sydney. Aside from material from Storyline, Hayes will also be performing tracks from his 2011 self-titled debut album.

Backed by the kind of international buzz which saw him sign to Atlantic Nashville Records at age 18 and go on to support the likes of Taylor Swift and Carrie Underwood, Hunter Hayes will be at his peak in a more intimate headline setting. Sideshow details are available below.
