G Flip shared her collaborative single with mxmtoon, ‘queen’ just last month. Now, this Friday we’re getting a special Mardi Gras edition of the song, remixed by Touch Sensitive.
The original ‘queen’ is this chill track supported by lo-fi beats. The remix sees Touch Sensitive synth it up. He uses a fresh, fast beat and those synthy sounds to transform the original into a seriously danceable track.
You can hear a sneaky snippet of the remixed version of the track on TikTok, where it’s currently soundtracking the dances of a bunch of iconic Sydney queer people. They’re using the hashtag #JoinOurFloat.

The remix and TikTok soundtrack come as part of a partnership with TikTok Australia and Mardi Gras. The news comes after it was revealed G Flip would be the performer for TikTok Australia’s float at the celebration.

Ever the busy bee, G Flip will be performing at the Australian Open this Saturday, 13th February.
She also recently teamed up with Flume and influencer and comedian, Froomes for her special theme song, ‘Froomesworld: The Song’.
