Here’s What Bring Me The Horizon Sounds Like Without Jordan Fish

Just days before Christmas, Bring Me The Horizon shocked fans by announcing they were parting ways with key songwriter, keyboardist and production guru, Jordan Fish.

The unexpected departure of Fish, who’s talents have been largely credited with steering BMTH towards commercial success and international superstardom since he joined the fold in 2013, was met with widespread doom and gloom from the fandom, who feared the move would mark the beginning of the end for arguably the world’s most influential modern heavy act.

Bring Me The Horizon – ‘Kool-Aid’

However, Oli Sykes and co have been quick to silence their critics by dropping their first song in 11 years not to feature Fish’s fingerprints, mere days following his departure. Dubbed ‘Kool-Aid’, the track manages to hit the sweet spot between being both crushingly heavy and catchy as hell. You can take it for a spin above.

‘Kool-Aid’ follows on from previous singles ‘DArkSide’, ‘LosT’, ‘AmEN!’, ‘DiE4u’ and ‘sTraNgeRs’, which will all reportedly feature on the band’s forthcoming studio album, POST HUMAN: NeX GEn, which we’re told will be released some time this year after a few previous delays.

Meanwhile, Aussie fans can catch Bring Me The Horizon on tour this April, performing seven huge arena shows across Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide and Brisbane.
