Justin Bieber Has Axed All Fan Meet & Greets, Because They Leave Him “Drained” & “Unhappy”

In news that comes drenched in the tears of Beliebers the world over, Justin Bieber has cancelled all of his future fan meet & greet appearances, saying they’re leaving him feeling “drained” and “depressed”.

The Biebs broke the news to his army of fans via Facebook in an apologetic post, explaining that he wants to make people smile and happy, but “not at my own expense”.

“Love u guys.. I’m going to be cancelling [sic] my meet and greets,” he announced, to the sound of a million Belieber hearts breaking in unison.

“I enjoy meeting such incredible people but I end up feeling so drained and filled with so much of other people’s spiritual energy that I end up so drained and unhappy.”

He continued: “I always leave feeling mentally and emotionally exhausted to the point of depression.”

While it’s tempting to sneer and poke fun at the Biebs for essentially claiming that bringing love and joy to thousands is making him depressed, I guess it’s one of those things that you can’t really judge until you’ve experienced it for yourself (which most of us never will, thank fark).

But the Sorry popper has done his best to explain to us what’s it’s like, stating: “The pressure of meeting people’s expectations of what I’m supposed to be is so much for me to handle and a lot on my shoulders.

“Never want to disappoint but I feel I would rather give you guys the show and my albums as promised.”

So yeah. He know-oh-ohs that he let you down.

“Can’t tell you how sorry I am, and wish it wasn’t so hard on me.. And I want to stay in the healthy mindset I’m in to give you the best show you have ever seen ;)”
