Meredith Music Festival 2015 Ticket Ballot Open, Dates Announced

Meredith Music Festival will celebrate its 25th year in December and if you want to be there, the ticket ballot is officially open.

The festival will return to its usual stomping grounds near Golden Plains in Victoria on 11th, 12th and 13th December this year.

The Victorian festival started back in 1991 and has since prided itself on the way it has developed the lineup and experience, while keeping their core principles. For their silver jubilee year, the festival will return with the same perks its always had – no dickheads, BYO and camping under the stars.

The Supernatural Amphitheatre will acts as the main-stage, as always, and the 4-D audio-visual One and Only Stage will return. Tai Chi classes, a cinema and the infamous Pink Flamingo Bar are just a handful of experiences that will also be on offer.

As for the lineup, Aunty Meredith says, “Give us a few weeks.” Last year’s lineup saw The War On Drugs, Ty Segall and De La Soul among others perform, so it would be reasonable to expect something pretty special again this year.

You can enter the ticket ballot right here. There will be two rounds – the first is for pre-existing subscribers and the second is for new subscribers. The first round of ticket offers will be made around 13th August and the second will follow around 20th August.
