Mike Patton is ready to release his next album Music From The Film and Inspired By the Book The Solitude of Prime Numbers (La Solitudine Dei Numeri Primi), which has derived from a score he wrote for a film that was, as you guessed it, inspired by the book The Solitude of Prime Numbers.
The use of prime numbers is a strong theme through the album, being released on 11/11/11 (which is a prime number), to the tracklisting (which are listed in consecutive prime numbers). We wouldn’t be surprised if the track lengths were all prime numbers too.
