Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds Announce 2017 National Tour

Veteran Aussie musician Nick Cave has announced that he’ll be heading out on a massive 2017 tour of Australia with his band The Bad Seeds.

Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds will play a whopping 10 dates throughout the country in January next year, including shows for Sydney Festival, with their 2016 ARIA chart-topping 16th studio album Skeleton Tree in tow.

Following their opening show in Hobart, they’ll play a special outdoor performance on the banks of Lake Wendouree in Ballarat — close to where Cave and his bandmate Warren Ellis grew up — before they head off around the rest of Australia.

A string of shows will also see Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds supported by eclectic experimental Aussie jazz trio The Necks.
