Sydney’s The Plot festival is just months away from its 2017 return, and organisers have just unveiled the first round lineup announcement for this year’s event.
Returning to Parramatta Park for another year, The Plot has revealed 25 outstanding emerging artists on its first lineup, with more to be announced soon.
The festival will host divisive live act Confidence Man, Gold Coast brother-sister duo Lastlings, Melbourne pop rockers Northeast Party House, Byron Bay surf rockers Skegss and Sydney post-rock act Sleepmakeswaves, just to kick things off.
They’ll be joined by the likes of Airling, Alex The Astronaut, Dear Seattle, Ninajirachi, Manu Crook$, Ruby Fields, Tigertown and a whole bunch more. View the full first round lineup, below.
This year’s festival will once again be a licensed all-ages event, covering a wide span of genres and artists, and will again provide stacks of food, craft stalls and bevs from the wider community for festival-goers.
