Rick Ross has cancelled his Supafest performance in Brisbane today leading to speculation that he was never coming to the festival at all. Fans were sent a text message early today which read: “Due to circumstances beyond our control, RICK ROSS failed to enter Australia today and will not perform at Supafest.”
Update from Supafest’s PR company:
“Rick Ross has been paid in full and contracted, but failed to show up in Brisbane this morning with no reason from management and no official cancellation or word from his management. The promoter has been calling them all morning trying to find out why and to see if he will get on the plane for the final two shows.”

A recent tweet shows that Rick Ross is currently at American Airlines Arena in Miami attending a Miami Heat vs. Bobcats basketball match, which is happening at this very moment.

This comes following the news that P.Diddy had been cancelled and Missy Elliot was never even booked to play.
All fans who no longer want to attend the festival can obtain a refund from Ticketek, Ticketmaster (Perth) or the Supafest website.
