Boutique electronic music festival Strawberry Fields has delivered its first batch of names for 2016 and it looks like it’s shaping up to be another great year for the festival.
British producer George Fitzgerald is heading up the bill and he’s joined at the top by Berliner Marcel Fengler, British house and techno legend Radio Slave and techno master Stephan Bodzin.
Strawberry Fields is now in its eighth year and will return to its Murray River site from 17th to 20th November. As well as celebrating the finest electronica around at the moment, there will also be art installations, market stalls and workshops.
This year the festival has promised two new music ares, one showcasing neo soul, hip hop, jazz and reggae, and another featuring progressive Aussie trance. There are still plenty more international and local acts to be announced. Close to 70 names appeared on the final lineup last year.
Early-bird and first round tickets have already been snapped up but second release tickets are on sale now.
Check out the full lineup below.
