The Smith Street Band Will ‘Get High, See Everyone’ On 2015 National Tour

Melbourne quartet The Smith Street Band have announced they are heading out on an extensive national tour in the new year, once again bringing their latest album Throw Me In The River to city centres and regional towns across the nation in 2015.

The band will makes stops in every state and territory in the country on their 2015 24-date Get High, See Everyone national tour, starting with Darwin’s Railway Hotel on Saturday, 24th January and including stops in places such as Bendigo, Geelong, Toowoomba, Castlemaine, Byron Bay as well as capital cities and a bunch of other towns.

They’ll be joined by Toronto-based punk outfit PUP and London trio Great Cynics who will both be making their Australian tour debut, while Melbourne act Apart From This will be opening all shows.

The Smith Street Band just finished up a national tour in November, where they played seven shows over a packed 10 days alongside The Front Bottoms and Apologies, I Have None. These shows came after the band were forced to cut short their tour of the US, due to an undisclosed personal incident affecting frontman Wil Wagner.
