Justin Vernon of Bon Iver has shared footage of himself and a band making new music in the studio.
The short videos feature rollicking drums plus guitar and synth work but it’s unclear at this stage exactly what he’s working on.
While Vernon is currently touring with Bon Iver off the back of their most recent record 22, A Million, he’s always been known to have a plethora of things on the go.
In June, he announced he was teaming up with Minnesota contemporary dance company TU Dance for a showcase in April 2018 that will feature new music from Vernon.
He also has another band Volcano Choir and a collaborative project with the National’s Aaron Dessner called Big Red Machine. He debuted new music from the latter project live earlier this year.
Let’s hope Vernon lets us in on what he’s up to very soon. For now, check out the videos below.
