Entech Connect 2012 – Musion Hologram Technology

Written by Marc Zanotti on June 26, 2012

3D may be the latest rehashed gimmick trying to bring mass audiences back to the cinema, but it’s the advancements in hologram technology that might prove to be the more enticing innovation in visual entertainment. After the heralded success of the hugely popular Tupac Shakur hologram at this year’s Coachella festival, plans have already begun to create an Elvis Presley hologram for possible live performances as well as TLC toying with the idea of creating a hologram of Lisa ‘Left Eye’ Lopes for a possible tribute/reunion tour.

For those of you who are curious about all this current hologram hysteria Entech Connect 2012 will give members of the public the chance to learn more about hologram technology and its possible implications via a live demonstration.

Entech Connect 2012 will be taking place from July 18 to July 19 at Melbourne Park Function Centre. As part of the two-day seminar program, t7 Event Solutions will be showcasing Musion Hologram Technology with a session titled Am I seeing things? 3D Holographic Projection And How It Is Changing The World Of Live Events.

t7 Event Solutions Director Mario Valenti said t7 Event Solutions is looking forward to presenting the seminar.

“t7 Event Solutions are extremely excited to be a part of ENTECH CONNECT and host a seminar on the fantastic technology of Musion Hologram Technology. We welcome industry members to join us on the 19th of July for a real hands-on discussion about how Musion works and how it can work with your event”, Valenti said.

Entech Connect 2012 Event Manager Stephen Dallimore was ecstatic to have t7 Event Solutions involved in this year’s series of seminars.

“We are thrilled to have Mario and t7 Event Solutions on the program, and as they say ‘seeing is believing’, and seeing Musion firsthand will be the best way to truly appreciate the technology at work. Since this year’s Coachella Festival, the Tupac performance has been the major talking point, and opens the doors to what we might see in the future. This is just one of the many great seminars included on the program this year, we have something for every area of the industry”, Stephen Dallimore said.

The session conducted by t7 Event Solutions promises to give those in attendance an insight as to the capabilities of its systems. Music Feeds will be there to bring you footage of what will surely be a mind-blowing display.
