Tame Impala To Release Previously Unheard B-Sides In ‘Currents’ Collectors Edition

Written by Tom Williams on October 24, 2017

It’s a good day to be a Tame Impala fan, because Kevin Parker has revealed that he’ll be releasing a number of previously unheard B-sides in a new collectors edition of his 2015 album, Currents.

The new $100 box set is set for release on 17th November, and will include the album on red marbled vinyl, two new remixes on a 12″ vinyl and a 7″ flexidisc with three B-sides. The package also features new artwork, a poster and a zine with “images and scribbles” from the recording process.

Parker has even released a short video to preview the box set, which features him jamming out to a previously unheard Tame Impala tune. Watch the clip below, and head to the Tame Impala store to pre-order the Currents collectors edition.

Parker has allegedly been working on new music with the likes of A$AP Rocky, Travis Scott and SZA as of late.
