Roger Waters will bring The Wall tour to Australia for the first time ever. The show features 3D animations, explosions, a Stuka bomber that dives into the stage and a 230 feet long and 35 feet high wall, which is built brick by giant brick by stage hands during the two-hour plus show until the band are playing behind a wall.
The show was first staged by Waters in the 1980’s and was a financial disaster only making it to London, New York, Los Angeles and Berlin. Thirty years on and the show is massive, it was the second highest grossing event in North America last year and the tour continues across globe this year and now into 2012 when it will hit the shores of Australia in January.
And yes there will be a flying Pig!!
