After a sold-out run in 2024, Australia’s biggest modern R&B festival Souled Out is back with a lineup of heavy-hitters and icons. The event’s 2025 iteration will be topped by R&B dancefloor owner Don Toliver, Queen of R&B Jhene Aiko and powerhouse artist (and actor) Vince Staples.
The impressive roster continues with the likes of Mariah The Scientist, 6LACK, BLXST, and Kaash Paige.
Don Toliver – ‘NEW DROP’
This year’s festival will also have a second “Soul Party” stage, strictly for partying with international DJ’s such as Jarreau Vandal, S!rene, and Rosey Gold. While locals Larissa Lambert & SAHXL will be repping on the main stage.
Souled Out launched with a one-day event at Brisbane’s Eatons Hill Outdoor in January 2023. This year, it will continue as a three-leg event, kicking off at Melbourne’s Caribbean Garden on Saturday, 22nd February, before moving to Sydney’s Parramatta Park the next day, and wrapping up in its traditional home of Brisbane at the Showgrounds on Friday, 28th February.
Speaking on the event, festival co-founder Emal Naim said: “The success of Souled Out 2024 showed Australians we’re craving for a modern R&B festival, so we’re here to stay and we can’t wait to keep feeding this vibrant community of R&B fans”.
