UPDATE 28/09/16: Pitch Music & Arts Festival has expanded its inaugural 2017 lineup.
Victoria’s recently announced all-ages Pitch Music & Arts Festival is whetting our whistles a little earlier than expected, with the announcement today of their very first act for 2017, Mind Against.
This Italian production duo are signed to Life And Death Records, and last year they scored a spot in the Top 20 of Resident Advisor’s annual DJ poll. Over this past weekend they also just made a highly anticipated, first ever appearance on Pete Tong’s Essential Mix.
Not only that, but Mind Against also happen to be one of the most frequently requested artists by Ozzie doofers, so there is going to be some very serious dancefloor action at the boys’ Aussie appearance.
Announced earlier this month, Pitch Festival is set to unveil its full inaugural lineup in October. Scheduled over three days in March next year, the camping festival is the creation of the big-wigs who brought you Beyond the Valley and Let Them Eat Cake festivals, so you can bet your bottom dollar it’s going to be a pretty damn special event.
