Boy & Bear Announce New Shows On National Tour

After making record first day ticket sales for their national theatre tour, selling out selling out their Palais Melbourne and Sydney Opera House shows in a few days, homegrown indie quintet Boy & Bear have announced second shows for Sydney and Melbourne audiences this September.

Titled the Get Up & Dance theatre tour, this will also be the band’s final sojourn in support of their critically lauded, J Award-nominated, number one ARIA sophomore album, Harlequin Dream and will take place across national theatres throughout September.

“Thanks so much to everyone who has bought tickets so far for the Get Up & Dance tour in September,” said beaming Boy & Bear drummer Tim Hart. “We feel really overwhelmed by how many of you are coming along. So much so that we have added a 2nd show in Melbourne and 2nd show in Sydney – we can’t wait to get out and play for you all!”

The two additional shows will be held at Melbourne’s Palais Theatre and Sydney’s Opera House this September where they will be supported by Melbourne/Brisbane duo, Holy Holy. Tickets are still selling fast and are on sale now.
