Noel Gallagher: ‘Adele Won’t Last’

Noel Gallagher has hit out again at other artists, this time claiming that Adele won’t survive. Gallagher spoke out recently to Now Magazine saying that ‘I feel sorry for girls in the music industry. They do have a very short shelf life.

Despite Adele’s history-breaking chart figures, smashing the previously set records by The Beatles and Pink Floyd and having sold more than 17 million copies of her most recent album ’21’, in addition to her victorious effort at this year’s Grammy Awards, Gallagher is still convinced that she won’t be around for long.

‘For instance, Duffy: who? Gone. She was massive…And I don’t doubt for a second that the same thing will happen to Adele’ Noel continued.
