Radiohead tickets for their upcoming Australian tour will be going on sale at 9am “local time” on Thursday the 1st of March, but, due to the confusion over what “local time” means, tour organisers have released a cheat sheet showing what time tickets will be on sale in your locality.
The times are as follows:
Radiohead’s first visit to our shores since 2004 will have them play 6 shows in total – one in Brisbane, and two in Sydney and Melbourne. New Zealand will also get a show in Auckland. No shows will be added to the tour, so this is all we’ll get. Grab your tickets fast!
The band have been playing their more recent material at festivals, but the band will use this overdue appearance to our shores to treat Australians with a “showcase” of the band’s multi-decade career “in an aural and visual celebration.”
Since the release of their first single Creep in 1992, Radiohead have played Australia 3 times.
