San Cisco Release Cover Of The Wiggles’ ‘H.O.L.I.D.A.Y’

Perth indie pop act San Cisco have shared a cover of The Wiggles‘ ‘H.O.L.I.D.A.Y’.

The original version of ‘H.O.L.I.D.A.Y’ appeared on The Wiggles’ 2018 album, Wiggle Pop! It was written by current Wiggles members Anthony Field, Lachlan Gillespie and Simon Pryce along with previous Wiggle, Emma Watkins, and Wiggly musicians Oliver Brian and Alex Keller.

San Cisco’s version of ‘H.O.L.I.D.A.Y’ will appear on ReWiggleda double album of covers that’s due for release on Friday, 11th March. The album’s first disc comprises contemporary Australian artists having a crack at Wiggles favourites; the second disc finds The Wiggles covering a number of their favourite songs from home and abroad.

The Wiggles have already shared covers of Lime Cordiale and Idris Elba’s ‘Apple Crumble‘, Queen’s ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ and The Chats’ ‘Pub Feed’. Their Hottest 100 winning cover of Tame Impala’s ‘Elephant’ will also feature on ReWiggled.

The Chats returned the favour with a cover of ‘Can You (Point Your Fingers and Do the Twist?)’, while Spacey Jane released their take on ‘D.O.R.O.T.H.Y (My Favourite Dinosaur)’. Check out the music vide for San Cisco’s ‘H.O.L.I.D.A.Y’ below and find the confirmed ReWiggled track listing.
