Tickets for Splendour in the Grass 2012 sold out in minutes last Friday, denying many disappointed music lovers the chance to camp out and watch their favourite acts play Byron Bay this July. But it isn’t the end of the world: today we’ve received a long list of sideshows for Sydney and Melbourne.
We’ve also had sideshow announcements from Jack White and The Shins, with more of the headlining bands expected to follow through with dates soon.
For those of you still looking for festival tickets, Splendour advises you not to buy tickets from scalpers or anyone else, as the tickets are locked to your I.D. Splendour will eventually set up a refund facility for people who can’t attend, which might free up some last-minute tickets.
