Featuring the staggering singles and triple j favourites ‘Acute’ and newbie ‘Tongues In Cheeks’, The Parallels Amongst Ourselves debuted at #2 on the AIR Indie Album Charts, and #87 nationally and #39 in WA on the ARIA Album Charts. It also earned love as Album of the Week on RTR FM and SYN FM.
The jaw-dropping (more accurately jaw-breaking) video for Tongues In Cheeks sees drummer and visionary James Sher make his directing debut. It’s three minutes and forty one seconds of intense twists and turns, face rape and food torture that resulted in a camera assistant bursting into tears onset.
