Sydney’s brand-spankin’ new New Year’s Eve music festival, NYE In The Park, has unveiled its dancefloor-friendly 2017 lineup, topped by the likes of Hot Dub Time Machine, Paces, Vera Blue, Nicole Millar, Yahtzel and Jurassic 5’s Chali 2na with turntablist Krafty Kuts.
The new event, from the team behind the Hot Dub Wine Machine tour and Alison Wonderland’s Wonderland Warehouse Project, will be hosted by decade-hopping DJ Hot Dub Time Machine and RETROSWEAT, and will also feature sets from peeps like 2mandydjs, Furnace & The Fundamentals, Mezko, Running Touch and Total Giovanni.
NYE In The Park will make its debut in Broadway’s Victoria Park on 31st December, and organisers are promising two huge stages, plenty of bars and gourmet food, a fireworks display and tickets priced “as low as we could” — starting at $59.
