Clink Your Glasses For The Rubens, Who Have Created Their Own Bottle Of Wine For Ya

The Rubens are gearing up to release their fourth studio album 0202, and they’re taking an unorthodox route of promotion – creating a bottle of wine named after the record.

The Menangle menaces have teamed up with the Built To Spill wine team to create the 0202 Cabernet Pet Nat. It’s apparently fruity and fizzy with a dry finish, so we’ll take the whole bottle please.

The boys will be spruiking their vegan-friendly elixir at an incredibly intimate show next Wednesday, 10th February at Sydney’s Crowbar, which has to be the smallest venue they’ve played in yeeeears. Tickets are on sale now.

0202 is set for release next Friday, 12th February. So far, the band have unveiled five cuts from the album: ‘Masterpiece‘, ‘Live In Life’, ‘Time Of My Life’, ‘Heavy Weather‘ and ‘Muddy Evil Pain‘.

In addition to the forthcoming Sydney show, the band are also going on a regional album launch tour, which you can learn about here.
