Following an incredibly lit first night in Perth, the Adelaide leg of the boys’ national rave to the grave tour saw DJ sets from Bad//Dreems, Jess Kent, Luke Million, Tigerilla and Trials, but lucky punters were treated to a killer surprise when the boys brought out the one-and-only Hilltop Hoods.
The crowd went absolutely nuts when the Hoods came out to perform a live rendition of Cosby Sweater while Trials was joined by DJ Debris on the decks, while plenty of social media users expressing their heavy levels of jealousy on Facebook.
Not even Matt and Alex expected the Hoods to come up on stage and perform. “This is how big a surprise it was, we thought the Hoods might come and hang out,” said Alex Dyson on triple j this morning.
Matt and Alex head to Melbourne tonight, before they stop in Sydney and Brisbane to wrap up their hectic week. Check out the full dates and venues here, and clips of Hilltop Hoods’ surprise performance, below.
