The Darkness have been hard at work bunkering down for their soon-to-be-released album Hot Cakes. The album will mark number 3 for the band, who blew minds with their unique brand of sexy, sleazy rock.

Hot Cakes will be released August 20, making 2012 a triumphant year for the band, who appeared at T In The Park as well as having joined Lady Gaga in her ‘Born This Way’ ball.
You can take a look at the clip below. For one reason or another the single will be released the same day as the album – a bummer for Aussie fans, as the gang was only just in town. We’ll have to wait for the whole world circle before we see them again.
