The Butterfly Effect Announce National Reunion Tour With Original Frontman

Written by Sam Murphy on July 27, 2017

Aussie band The Butterfly Effect have announced that they’re calling their breakup off to embark on a national tour.

They will reunite with frontman Clint Boge, who quit the band in 2012, for seven shows in 2018. It will be their first shows in over five years with this lineup.

The tour was announced on social media with the band making it clear that they’re, “not rushing into anything too serious just yet.”

“These shows will be a great chance for them to reconnect with their loyal fans and share the music that originally brought them together.”

After Boge quit the band, The Butterfly Effect forged on with a new lead-singer Paul Gallagher, however, they eventually split up in 2016 having only released one single ‘Eyes Down’ with Gallagher.

Their last album Final Conversation of Kings was released back in 2008 and while it doesn’t sound like they’re promising any new music just yet, if these shows go well who knows what will happen.
