Melbourne-via-Adelaide shooting star Adrian Eagle has announced a massive milestone with the forthcoming release of his debut EP.
Dubbed MAMA, the Jerome Farah (Kian, Baker Boy) produced disc of street-gospel and neo-soul goodness will feature Eagle’s breakout tracks ‘Housing Trust’ and ’17 Again’ and be released via Island Records Australia on Friday, 20th September.
“The EP has been a work in progress for the past few years of my life, and lyrically accumulating the lessons I learned throughout my entire life up until this point,” the artist explains.
“MAMA is deeply personal for me and I can’t wait to share it with you all. This one is for all of the mama’s in my life and my gift back to the one mother we all share – big love!”
To celebrate, Eagle will be, uh, landing in four different capital cities for a headlining EP tour in 2020 (that’s Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane and Sydney for those playing at home), following on from appearances at BIGSOUND, the Coloundra Music Festival, Wave Rock Weekender and sold-out 2019 tour supporting Tones And I.
