Caity Baser recently opened up about a chilling ghostly encounter she had, where she “hyper-ventilated” after seeing the ghost of an old man. The 22-year-old pop star shared her experience with the Daily Star’s Wired column, describing how she woke up sweating and saw the figure of an old man at the foot of her bed.
“He wasn’t scary,” she said. “He was just smiling – like ‘Hello’ – looking at me… then I went back to sleep.” The next morning, Baser discovered that her friend had experienced the same thing. “We told our mate, and she was like, ‘Oh yeah, we see old people round here all the time, old ghosts and stuff!'” Baser recounted.

In addition to her spooky encounter, Baser revealed a quirky ritual she has for her concerts. She has a small dinosaur named Reggie that she brings to every show. “Reggie sits on the drum kit at every single show,” she explained. “If he’s not there… there’s been two shows where I forgot him, and they were both awful. He is my good omen.”
Baser’s special mascot is always placed on top of her bag before she heads to any festival, as she believes it ensures her concerts go off well.
