DMA’S To Play “Special Set” On ‘MTV Unplugged Melbourne’ Next Month

Sydney trio DMA’S are the third act to be announced for MTV’s recently launched ‘MTV Unplugged Melbourne’ series.

The band will play a “special set” for the series in front of a live audience on Thursday, 11th October at St Kilda’s Memo Music Hall, after Gang Of Youths and Amy Shark opened proceedings with performances of their own.

“It’s great to see Unplugged has launched in Australia we’re stoked to be a part of it,” say DMA’S, who released their second album For Now earlier this year. Their ‘MTV Unplugged Melbourne’ episode is expected to premiere this November.

‘MTV Unplugged Melbourne’ debuted in August with an impressive performance from Gang Of Youths. Amy Shark performed second, and even covered Wheatus’ ‘Teenage Dirtbag’ during her set.
