Harvest Festival 2012 Lineup – Live Preview

Harvest Festival isn’t kicking off until November, but following the lineup announcement today, the Music Feeds team got too excited – we couldn’t wait! So, for your viewing pleasure, and let’s face it, ours too, we put together a preview of the awesomeness that awaits us. Brought to us by the same cats behind Soundwave, we can be sure that the event will be huge, and what’s more – there are still more bands to be announced!

Now in its second year, Harvest organisers aren’t starting small by any stretch of the imagination. Set to mirror the great festivals of Europe, Harvest intended to drop an all-killer no filler lineup, and with names like Beck, Sigur Ros, Grizzly Bear and Ben Folds Five appearing on the official poster, they’ve lived up to every expectation.

With the first leg taking place in Melbourne on November 11, the event will make its way up the coast to Brisbane on the 18th via Sydney on the 17th. Tickets will go on sale June 28 at 9am sharp, and judging from the success of last year’s event, and the hype around this one, they will go quickly, so be on the ball!

So enjoy this taste of what’s to come; we expect it will leave you wanting more. First up, the always amazing Beck performing E Pro Live at Santa Barbara Bowl with Cosimo.
