Henry Moodie Announces Debut Australian Tour

British singer-songwriter Henry Moodie has exciting news for his Australian fans as he will be performing his first-ever shows in Australia on his debut tour this August.

The tour will kick off at The Triffid in Brisbane on Wednesday, August 7, followed by Sydney’s Factory Theatre on Friday, August 9, and conclude at Melbourne’s Prince Bandroom on Saturday, August 10.

Henry Moodie – ‘you were there for me’

Henry Moodie, at just 20 years old, has already made a significant mark in the music industry. With over 450 million streams to his name, he was among the Top 10 ‘Most Viewed UK Artists’ on TikTok in 2022, alongside big names like Sam Smith, Ed Sheeran, and Harry Styles. He has also been recognised as one of Amazon Music’s ‘Artists to Watch’ for 2023 and included in MTV UK’s Push Artists of 2024.

Henry’s musical journey began with a songwriting diploma from the prestigious BIMM music school. His debut single, “you were there for me,” was released in 2022 and produced entirely in his childhood bedroom.

Following this, his second single, “drunk text,” became a global hit, topping Spotify charts in Malaysia and Indonesia. His subsequent releases, “eighteen” and “pick up the phone,” further solidified his reputation as an emerging pop sensation.

Tickets for these highly anticipated shows go on sale at 11am on Friday, June 7. Members of My Live Nation can get early access to tickets with an exclusive presale starting at 11am on Thursday, June 6. For complete tour and ticket information, visit livenation.com.au.
