Montaigne Has A Brand New Single & National Tour Dates

Montaigne is preparing to take flight around the country for a brand new set of tour dates in celebration of her latest single, which is ironically titled Clip My Wings.

Co-written, produced and mixed by Tony Buchen (The Preatures, Andy Bull), the Sydney heroine’s new offering is a soaring art-pop tune with sky-high melodies that rise and cascade like a classical opus.

Clip My Wings is about attempting to push back against your oppressors,” explains Montaigne. “I am resilient and have become more self-confident, I am less afraid to stand up for myself and my self-belief and I am expressing that through this song.”

She’ll be testing out its live credentials at venues across regional and metropolitan Australia. As well as her previously announced performance at the Mullum Music Festival, the songstress will perform nine additional dates throughout October and November, stretching across WA, QLD, NSW, VIC and climaxing at the Gorgeous Festival in McLaren Vale, SA.

Give Clip My Wings a listen, and check out Montaigne’s full run of tour dates, below.
