Normani Announces Debut Album With New Single ‘1:59’, Featuring Gunna

Normani announced her new single from her long-promised debut album. The song has Atlanta rapper Gunna. The song was produced by Leathre Jackettt and Tommy Brown.

“The album feels like liberation, like a season of freedom. Not just because the record is finally coming out, but because it’s a celebration of everything I have been through to get to this moment. During this process, I heard God say to me, ‘Trust me. I know you’re afraid, but trust me anyway. Dare to trust me anyway. Now is the time.’” said Normani about the album.

Along with the song ‘1:59,’ the singer has also shared the release date of her new album “Dopamine”.

The singer shared his latest album “A Gift & a Curse” in June 2023. There are talks about him releasing another full-length ‘One of Wun’, and he said about this in an interview with XXL’s Vanessa SattenSatten: “This album is still showing growth. Showing me growing into a man because I’ve been more disciplined. I’ve been tapping into different things. I’ve been living in a different space. I feel like you’ll hear that in the music. Me being creative and tapping with my voice, doing sounds, doing different melodies. I just feel like you’re gon’ feel me evolve.”
